Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand and translate their needs into technical solutions.

Within an agile environment, this position leads architectural discussions, crafts comprehensive documentation, and ensures alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.

Additionally, this role offers the chance to mentor junior team members and contribute actively to the strategic technical direction of our projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Java, with experience in backend frameworks (e., Spring, Spring Boot, Micronaut).

- Proficiency in frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with database technologies, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with version control (e., Git) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).

- Good understanding of unit and integration testing, with a focus on ensuring code quality and reliability.

- Familiarity with agile software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (backend) and ReactJS (frontend).

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Lead architectural discussions and guide the team in selecting the best technologies and approaches.

- Ensure high-quality code through comprehensive unit and integration testing, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with client and project needs.

- Mentor junior developers and assist with their growth, providing guidance on coding standards, architecture, and best practices
