Hr Data Analyst

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to provide data-driven insights for

workforce planning, compensation analysis, and HR decision-making. This role will focus on HR

analytics, dashboard creation, and predictive modeling to enhance HR strategies.

• Mode: Hybrid
• Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST
• Days of Working: 5 days in a week

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-12 years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards roles.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Expertise in market pricing tools (Mercer, Radford, or similar).
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

• Analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, compensation trends) to support business decisions.
• Develop predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and pay equity.

✅ Dashboard & Reporting Development

• Design automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or HRIS analytics tools.
• Generate HR reports and executive summaries for leadership review.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.

✅ HR Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze compensation trends and provide insights for leadership decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports on salary competitiveness, pay equity, and workforce costs.

✅ HR Technology & Process Optimization

• Improve HR data management and reporting capabilities.
• Support HR system implementations, ensuring data accuracy and integration.
