About the Role :
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Administrator to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environments.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our cloud-based applications and services.
Responsibilities :
OCI & OIC Administration :
- Manage and maintain OCI and OIC services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and integration.
- Provision and configure OCI resources, such as virtual machines, databases, and storage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OCI and OIC.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud environments.
Cloud Implementation & Architecture :
- Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security and governance standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage applications on OCI.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of cloud architecture and best practices.
Project Management & Leadership :
- Lead and mentor other engineers on cloud technologies and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of cloud-related processes and procedures.
Technical Expertise :
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures.
- Proficiency in OCI administration tasks, including user management, resource provisioning, and networking configuration.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies, and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with a broad range of diverse customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Experience :
- 9+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of overall Cloud Implementation Experience.
- 3+ years of experience administering OCI and OIC.
- Experience in at least one full life cycle implementation of OCI and OIC services.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, OCI services, and architecture.
- Proficiency in OCI administration tasks, including user management, resource provisioning, and networking configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies, and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
- Ability to lead other functional leads through the different project phases.
- Exceptional and advanced English communication skills (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations).
- Desire to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or similar certifications related to Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Advance skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines
