Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and potentially traditional media.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Manage the company's social media presence across various platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and paid social media advertising.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Track website traffic, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Develop and maintain the company's website and ensure it is user-friendly and optimized for search engines.
Marketing Automation :
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing processes and improve campaign efficiency.
- Develop and segment email lists, create automated email workflows, and track email campaign performance.
Market Research & Analysis :
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Analyze market data and prepare reports on campaign performance and market trends.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- MBA in Marketing is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g, Marketo, HubSpot)
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design software is a plus
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player
