As a Service Desk Intern, you will assist in providing technical support to end users within the organization. This position will offer exposure to IT service desk operations, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, allowing you to learn and develop foundational IT skills. What s for the Candidate? Currently enrolled in a degree program related to IT, computer science, or a relevant field.
