Job Description

- Brand Management: Developing and maintaining the organization's brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

- You'll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.

- Using this data to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.

- Product Marketing: Collaborating with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and target market.

- Developing product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and sales.

- Public Relations: Overseeing the organization's public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications.

- Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance the organization's reputation and visibility.

- Budget Management: Developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.

- Monitoring expenditures, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize marketing spend.

- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Providing regular reports and analysis to senior management to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts on the organization's bottom line.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Relevant experience of 5-7 years
