Job Responsibilities:
Proposal Development: Oversee the entire proposal process, including planning, research, writing, editing, and submission. Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive and reflective of our organizations strengths.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, finance, legal, and other departments to gather necessary information and approvals.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand government needs and align our offerings accordingly. Stay updated with changes in federal procurement regulations.
Quality Assurance: Review all proposal sections for consistency and compliance with solicitation requirements. Ensure all proposals meet high-quality standards before submission.
Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient proposal submissions.
Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback from unsuccessful proposals to improve future submissions.
