Job Description
- Identify and research potential companies and institutions targeting individuals in the age group of 18-30 years
- Execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads
Pre-Sponsorship
- Outbound calling
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Present offerings and query resolution to showcase the value of our offerings
Getting Sponsorships:
- Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customers
- Close sales deals effectively
Requirements:
- Pursuing or Completed Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willing to work on incentive basis for initial 3 months
- Relevant internship Experience is desirable
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles along with customer service practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ambitious, Adaptive, Proactive
