Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities:

1. Total 2+ Years of experience in Sales & Credit hiring

2. Strong experience in End-to-End recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling and hiring

3. Collaborate with Business stakeholders to access the talent requirement

4. Design and execute recruitment strategies and hiring plan., with a proven track record

5. Experience using ATS system for managing candidate pipelines and job applications.

6. Working mode: work from office

Preferred candidate profile

1. Overall 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment(sourcing to joining)

2. Hands on sourcing exp for NBFC & Banking (Sales & support hiring)

3. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
