Key skills for the job
Role &
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence, self correspondence preferable (letters, emails, packages etc.).
Handling admin and office work coordination. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Very well versed with MS Word/ MS Excel, Tally etc.
Assist the Management in day to day activities.
Handling , Filing confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Make travel arrangements & accommodation for executive and prepare vouchers. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs including Petty Cash Books. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and scanning.
Preferred candidate profile
Pleasing Personality and ability to work independently. Good typing speed, willing to learn new things. Preference will be given to candidate with fluent English and 2-3 years experience.
