Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for our beauty and wellness company. This role will involve sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions, ensuring we attract top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for beauty and wellness roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
