About Role
Storytelling is a powerful way to connect with a diverse audience. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and launch a multi-channel travel brand property and take complete ownership of creating and implementing a comprehensive community plan reaching out to multiple sets of stakeholders with tailor-made content and insights. Will be responsible for building & strengthening the Cleartrip brand among customers, trade partners, employees, media, and influencers. The structure & blueprint of the exclusive platform that will be owned and built by the candidate should be the most sought-after or go-to hub for anything to do with travel.

Will be responsible for building & strengthening the Cleartrip brand among customers, trade partners, employees, media, and influencers. The structure & blueprint of the exclusive platform that will be owned and built by the candidate should be the most sought-after or go-to hub for anything to do with travel.
You are Responsible for :
- Work closely with key business teams to create trusted relationships to drive communication and content strategies on business needs, travel and tourism-led pillars
- Curate content as per the target audience and platform
- Partner with the CEOs Office to broaden awareness and interest in the company among the Shareholders community
-Be the first and accurate way to make sure that all our key stakeholders are constantly updated on what matters to them. Publish stories that help people relate Cleartrip to travel
- Tell the brand story - focus on creating stories and content for those who may not be in attendance at an event or launch. Not every employee, journalist, investor, or partner can join you in person, but you can make them feel part of the event by bringing the news to them
- Chase deadlines and display consistency - Showcase what is happening right now. Make the stakeholders look up to you as their credible and reliable source for anything regarding travel, tech, and hospitality
- Project Thought Leadership - Present Cleartrip s ideas about how to make travel choices easy. Talk about pathbreaking initiatives in the industry by partners, government bodies, etc. who have worthwhile points of view on similar themes. Challenge the status-quo to make progress, and engage in a conversation
- Industry Buzz - If there s something that the media is unlikely to cover, put up persuading copy and photos/video bytes or infographics to seek interest from the mainstream audience. Get others talking about what is happening in the industry
- Never let a good crisis go to waste - You cannot predict a crisis, but you can be ready for it. Be it small or catastrophic, a well-executed strategy with a mindset of how would the news cover this? will get your job done
- Effectively collaborate with & learn from different sets of stakeholders in the business
- Drive content on social media and tech platforms through live engagement in the office to drive high participation and community building in all aspects of the office culture
- Establish KPI metrics to track and report on progress against engagement goals, providing results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure that the Cleartrip brand reaches across all touchpoints to enhance external stakeholder s confidence
