Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage commercial leasing transactions from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results.
  
• Source new business opportunities through proactive marketing efforts, networking, and relationship-building with clients and partners.
  
• Conduct thorough property evaluations to determine fair market value, negotiate lease terms, and prepare lease documents for signing.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, tracking progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in commercial real estate or related field (commercial leasing).
  
• Strong understanding of local market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with tenants/landlords; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
