Senior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural designs, drawings, and models using AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, MEP, and other relevant software tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into commercial buildings.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide input on project execution.
  
• Develop detailed estimates for building projects based on client requirements and industry standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes during the design process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (commercial buildings).
  
• Diploma/B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, MEP; knowledge of other relevant software tools an added advantage.
