DM/AM-Sales(Closing)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

We are hiring for the position of AM/DM of sales who has an extensive & effective experience in "closing" the deal; this role involves extensive client communication, contract management, and adherence to legal regulations to facilitate a smooth closing process .

Skills and qualifications for a sales closure role:

• Strong understanding of real estate contracts and closing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex paperwork and deadlines
• Proficiency in real estate software and technology platforms
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously

Experience in deal closure of premium projects of residential or commercial projects is a must
