Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and expand the market presence of CNG cylinders.
• Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the automobile sector.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product development teams to offer innovative solutions tailored to OEM and customer requirements.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends in CNG cylinder usage and regulatory changes.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with OEMs and large-scale clients in the CNG segment.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote its CNG cylinder offerings and establish networks.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and strategies that enhance visibility in the CNG cylinder market.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety norms specific to CNG cylinders.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the automobile or CNG industry.
• Deep understanding of the CNG cylinder market, including technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Strong network within the automobile industry, particularly with OEMs and other key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a competitive environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
