Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
  
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using ATS software.

• Strong understanding of US sales, staffing, sourcing, and recruitment processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
