Technology Architect .NET

Position: Technology Architect (.NET) Location: India, Pune ( preferred)Department: TechnologyReports To: CTO/Technical Leadership Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Architect specializing in .NET technology, with additional expertise in Microservices architecture, Cloud (preferably Azure), AI/ML, and DevSecOps.

This role is essential for designing scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions tailored to meet our clients evolving needs.

The candidate will lead the technical architecture for projects, mentor teams, contribute to presales, and drive best practices and innovations in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

* Technical Architecture & Solution Design

* Design and implement scalable .NET applications, integrating Microservices architecture, Cloud technologies, and AI/ML where applicable.

* Review and optimize software architecture to align with business objectives, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architecture blueprints.

* Cloud & DevSecOps Integration

* Lead Azure-based cloud solutions design, deployment, and management; ensuring robust DevSecOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.

* Identify automation opportunities, oversee process improvements, and ensure security best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

* Technical Leadership & Mentorship

* Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

* Assess team competencies, identify training needs, and support skill development in emerging technologies and best practices.

* Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, internal tech forums, and workshops.

* Presales & Client Engagement

* Support the sales team by providing architectural expertise, contributing to technical proposals, and engaging in client discussions.

* Assist in creating impactful documentation for presales activities and ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client requirements.

* Best Practices & Innovation

* Champion the adoption of architectural best practices and maturity models (e.g., SonarQube, CI/CD, Agile) across teams.

* Contribute to the technical community by developing and promoting standards, whitepapers, and case studies.

* Stay updated with the latest technology trends, implement relevant POCs, and drive the adoption of innovative solutions in projects.

* Continuous Learning & Technology Trend Leadership

* Proactively engage in continuous learning and obtain certifications in relevant areas (e.g., TOGAF, Azure, AI tools).

* Lead internal discussions on emerging technology trends and contribute to organizational knowledge repositories.

Key Qualifications: * Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software development and architecture, with significant experience in .NET technologies, Microservices, and Azure Cloud.

* Certifications: Preferred certifications include TOGAF, Azure Architect, and DevSecOps or related certifications.

* Technical Proficiency: Expertise in .NET Core, Microservices, Azure Cloud, DevSecOps, and AI/ML frameworks.

* Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring, and driving technology adoption.
