Enterprise Architect - TOGAF/COBIT (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Enterprise Architecture Assessment : Evaluate and document the target company's technology landscape, including scalability, integration, and modernization opportunities.

- Technology Transformation Planning : Develop a phased roadmap for technology transformation, focusing on cost, ROI, and aligning with strategic business goals.

- Technical Due Diligence : Conduct end-to-end due diligence on technical assets, cybersecurity protocols, compliance adherence, and potential operational risks.

- Financial and Risk Analysis : Prepare cost-benefit analysis for recommended transformations, identifying both short-term and long-term value drivers.

- Change and Ownership Transition Management : Design and execute knowledge transfer and change management plans, ensuring smooth transition of ownership.

- Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive management, to align technical assessments with investment goals.

Qualifications :

Experience : 10+ years in enterprise architecture, technical due diligence, or technology consulting with a focus on business transformations.

Certifications : TOGAF 9.2 Certified, COBIT certification is highly preferred.

Skills :

- Proficiency in strategic technical assessment and enterprise architecture.

- Expertise in performing "blue sky" assessments to evaluate and plan future technology potential.

- Solid understanding of financial analysis related to technical transformations.

- Familiarity with industry standards, data protection regulations, and risk management best practices.
