Impact Analytics - Senior/Principal Architects - Enterprise Architecture (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

As a Senior/Principal Architect in the Office of the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology landscape. You will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and innovative solutions that align with our strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and articulate a long-term technology vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging technologies and trends, and translate them into actionable strategies.

- Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the organization.

Architectural Design and Governance :

- Lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise architectures, including application, data, infrastructure, and security architectures.

- Define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and best practices.

- Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and propose improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and standards.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, mentoring and coaching them on architectural principles and design patterns.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

- Conduct technical evaluations and proofs-of-concept to assess new technologies and tools.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.

Required Skills and Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (i.e., TOGAF, Zachman)

- Proficiency in multiple technology domains, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, data engineering, and cybersecurity.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages (i.e., Java, Python, Go) and databases (i.e., SQL, NoSQL).

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (i.e., CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code).

-Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
