Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop technology solutions that align with the organization's overall architecture and strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's technology architecture.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology solutions, and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the organization's technology architecture, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure technology solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as API management and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
