Designation : HR Manager - Warehouses /Head of HR/Operations.
Location: Gurgaon
Must have Experienced in Warehouse/Logistics Experience.(Ecommerce Experience is mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee all HR functions across our warehouses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, team management, and compliance. The role will involve building and leading a team of HR professionals, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
2. Manage the recruitment process, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
3. Oversee employee data management, payroll, and benefits administration.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Team Management:
1. Build and lead a team of HR professionals across warehouses.
2. Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Vendor Management:
1. Manage relationships with HR vendors, including recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
2. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor compliance with company policies.
Compliance Management:
1. Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Payroll and Benefits:
1. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.
Requirements:
Education:
1. Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HRBP, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
2. Experience in managing HR operations, teams, and vendors.
3. Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Skills:
1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
4. Proficient in HR systems, including payroll and benefits administration.
5. Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
Salary budget : 15 lpa
