Role Description.:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Noida.
- The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, facilitating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- The role involves developing organizational policies, handling employee grievances, maintaining employee records, and conducting performance evaluations.
Core Competencies:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage recruitment, Job posting, Sourcing, Interviewing and Hiring.
- Managers to ensure a qualified & diverse workforce.
- Employee Relations: Address Employee relations, Conflict resolution, Disciplinary actions and Grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and strong employee-management relationships.
- Performance Management System: Implement & performance appraisals evaluation, provide feedback and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with Dept.
- Managers on performance plans and career development.
- Training and Development: Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance skills conduct sessions to meet organizational and individual goals.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Recommend salary structures and benefit packages.
- Policy Development: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and adherence.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement through surveys, recognition programs, and events.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all levels.
- On-boarding and Separation: Oversee of on-boarding and separation, including exit interviews for feedback.
- HR Budgeting: Manage the HR budget, allocate resources, and control costs.
- HR Strategy: Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals positive culture.
- Partner with leadership to align HR practices with the organization's vision and values.
