Circle HR Manager - Coimbatore

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of human resource function through various HR tools and software.
• Oversee contract labour management through multiple third-party vendors.
• Liasoning effectively with government authorities.
• Handle end-to-end HR functions.
• Manage multiple stores in various locations.
• Lead a team of 12 or more.
• Travel across TAMILNADU for more than 10 days each month.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience : 12+ years

Age : Up to 38 years

Qualification : MSW/MBA/MHRM

Current Designation : Manager / Deputy Manager and above

Industry : Any Manufacturing, Service Sector, FMCG or QSR.

Location : Coimbatore

Handled multiple locations / branches / units

Should have handled various HR tools / software and system.

Knowledgeable in all labour laws and regulations.

Should have handled minimum team of 5+ staffs directly reporting to him.
