Sub-function : Capex Procurement

Job Purpose / Role :

Create and monitor e-auction (Forward & Reverse) in Ariba platform

Technical support during auction time required by Buyers / Vendors.

Generate Auction reports from online portal and share with stakeholder.

Daily Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records for the auction done.

Key Interactions :

Internal : Procurement Capex team

External : Vendors/customers (Local/ foreign )

Dimensions :

Average Reverse Auction 25-30 per month

Average Forward Auction 6-8 per month

Response to internal and external stakeholders within 24 hours

Relevant experience:

• 1-3 years of Industry experience
• Should have hands-on Ariba portal and have strong analytical skills.
• Should have good oral and written communication skills, MS office skills.
