Roles And Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions in Java

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

Create and maintain technical documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
