Job Description
we are looking for junior IT resources - they do not need deep technical skills and just basic understanding of data, data analysis and ability to SQL query will be sufficient. Very basic knowledge of FTP, API, XML/JSON messages and ability to do troubleshooting would be good to have. As both Trax and Quantum are 3 rd party applications, we will provide necessary training so knowledge of those systems is not required.
Activities will be monitoring jobs and basic recovery tasks if there are failures (for example restart of jobs), analysis of control reports and corrective actions where necessary, acting an alerts etc. They would have interactions with internal Treasury customers so good communications skills are required.
Please note that both applications are support businesses across all 4 regions hence working hours would need to be aligned accordingly.
