Welcome to Novonesis

In this role you ll make an impact by :

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and aid by email and resolve all queries.
• Maintain knowledge of all technical information and resolve all issues in transactions and perform corrections where required.
• Manage everyday work activities appropriately as directed by the Team leader.
• Administer and collect all metrics on processes and identify data points to improve all processes.
• Documents all transactions on an everyday basis and collates metrics from various associates and prepares appropriate reports.
• Monitor all data entry operations and ensure compliance with the timeframe.
• Ensure and maintain effective professional relationships with staff.
• Perform quality check assessment on all processes of various associates.
• Coordinate with team members and ensure achievement of all team objectives and goals.
• Analyze all issues of (Line of Business) LOB and Stakeholders to provide effective resolutions for same.
• Specific Tasks/ Requirements that might require supporting the department and the Line of Business.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in engineering/ Science/ Commerce
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Technical Expertise

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Tools
• Must have Knowledge on MS Excel in combing and analyzing data.
• Awareness of ERP tools. (eg - SAP, Oracle etc)

To succeed you must hold:

• Receive customer orders, Sending Order confirmations, and Make delivery and shipments.
• Monitor Backorders (stock availability and allocations), Create credit and debit notes in SAP
• Make delivery and shipments.
• Handling pre & post-shipment documentation.
• Post goods issue base on returned signed delivery notes
• Follow QMS procedures and SOPs for daily operation.
• Flexible working shifts.
• Follow up on order status, shipment, documentation, etc. ensuring customers receive the right product, the right document, and at the right time.
• Support customer complaints handling, goods return, and other queries from customers.
• Make sure master data is correct and updated timely in SAP/Sales Force/Novozymes Market.
