𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 : Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Graduate in any discipline with a degree in Management from a reputed institute.

𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2-4 years of experience in Brand Management, including expertise in New Product Innovation, New Product Development, Brand Innovation, and New Product Launch.

This role will be accountable for:

🔹Identify innovative business-building ideas to increase business prospects.

🔹Developing marketing strategies and executing them through powerful Marketing communications campaigns (ATL / BTL / Marketing Collaterals etc.)

🔹Working with Advertising Agencies, Packaging Design Agencies, Website, Digital, BTL Agencies and PR Firms

🔹Assist in developing promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability.

🔹Provide assistance in developing brand positioning and communication strategies.

🔹Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events. Will be responsible for tailoring campaigns/activation & put in place correct systems and processes for smooth execution.

🔹Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects within assigned timelines and budgets.

🔹Collaborate with Market Research agencies to identify consumer trends and needs.

🔹Work with Research and Development (R&D) team, packaging team and other departments to convert innovative business ideas into saleable products.

🔹Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning and brand optimization of company products.

🔹Analyse competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development.
