Job Description -

• Brand Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in the B2B segment.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Identify key brand positioning and messaging to differentiate Waaree in the market.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep customers informed about Waarees products and solutions.
• Utilize customer feedback and insights to improve brand experience and satisfaction.
• Brand Communication:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication materials.
• Develop key marketing collaterals showcasing Waarees thought leadership in the renewable energy space.
• Actively manage trade and industry exhibitions, act as the brand ambassador, representing Waaree at industry events, trade shows, and public forums.
• Develop and manage PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
• Budget Management:
• Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Track and report on budget expenditure and campaign performance to senior management.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of brand strategies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
