Relationship Manager - Unsecured Loan

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for unsecured loan products through direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Assess customers financial profiles and recommend suitable loan products.
• Ensure a smooth end-to-end loan application process, from documentation to disbursement.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue of the business.
• Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
• Monitor loan repayments and assist in collections to minimize NPAs (Non-Performing Assets).
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations.
