Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through headhunting, industry mapping, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  
• Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  
• Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job specifications.
  
• Create effective job postings that attract qualified applicants and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategies for attracting diverse talent pools.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in human resources or a related field (recruitment).
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Proficiency in using various tools/platforms for recruitment management (e.g., ATS systems).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
