Front Desk Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming Guests
• Maintaining security and telecommunications systems
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures
• Welfare Services like First aid, safety provisions for employee.
• Maintain records and files.
• Maintain call log sheet of maintenance related activities.
• Procurement and distribution of office stationary
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing Couriers
• Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area.
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Manage Events or Celebration
