Role & responsibilities

• Expert in Leasing of Offices, Retail space, Commercial Space
• Properties Identification, Scouting, Channel Development Market Research, Corporate Presentations, Proposals Drafting
• Experience in acquiring High Profile Clients
• Having a good track record in the Lease domain.
• Managed all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
• Direct BD in various target micro markets to generate direct leads.
• Responsible for Appointment of Channel Partners, their terms & conditions of working, brokerage etc.
• Responsible for Channel Sales & Direct Sales function of the organization.
• Experience in Sourcing and Contract Management
• Experienced in identifying & penetrating new market segments
• Negotiate and finalize Lease Agreements

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Commercial Leasing & Networking. Should have experience in Licensing, Planning, Lead Sourcing Negotiations and Deal Closure. Experts in Commercial, Operations, Retail Management, Client Tenant Relations, Revenue Maximization, Occupancy Maximization, Sales & Marketing, Profit Centre Operations, Legal Compliance, Property Acquisition Operations & Mediation
