As we grow in India, we seek a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales, build relationships, and expand our market reach.


Position: Sales Manager


Location: India (SURAT)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in apparel or textiles

Industry: Fashion / Apparel / Textile


Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Sales Growth & Business Development
  • • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • • Identify and onboard new retail partners, boutiques, and multi-brand stores.
  • • Expand Chi Linen Clothing’s presence in offline and online markets.
  • 2. Client & Relationship Management
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and buyers.
  • • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance sales.
  • 3. Market Analysis & Strategy
  • • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
  • • Provide insights to the marketing team for effective promotional campaigns.
  • 4. Retail & E-commerce Sales
  • • Coordinate with e-commerce platforms and drive online sales.
  • • Work closely with store managers to improve in-store sales performance.
  • 5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • • Train and manage a team of sales executives or agents, if required.
  • • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
  • 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • • Monitor sales performance and generate reports for senior management.
  • • Provide feedback on sales strategies and suggest improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • • Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in the fashion, textile, or apparel industry.
  • • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • • Skills:
  • • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • • Proven ability to generate sales and expand market reach.
  • • Knowledge of retail, wholesale, and e-commerce sales channels.
  • • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • • Personal Traits:
  • • Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • • Passionate about sustainable fashion and brand-building.
  • • Ability to work independently and in a team.
