Senior Engineer

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum of 16-20 years of experience in engineering roles within the Real Estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management, delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.

• Leading and managing the engineering design and development of real estate projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to project specifications.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of construction activities, coordinating with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance on structural design, infrastructure development, and building systems to optimize project performance and sustainability.
• Conducting thorough site inspections, identifying potential risks or issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure project safety and quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve cost-effective and timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and industry partners to support project approvals and compliance.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering standards, practices, and technologies to foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization
