Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    Any certifications e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Dell EMC Proven Professional) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
•    7+ years of experience in presales or a similar role within the IT industry.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Server & Storage Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing server and storage solutions, and presenting these solutions to potential clients during the presales process. The individual should possess in-depth technical knowledge of server and storage technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful presales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
1.    Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements to design and propose server and storage solutions.
2.    Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling and customized presales presentations and proposals.
3.    Present technical solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
4.    Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
5.    Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in server and storage technologies.
Key Skills:
1.    Technical Proficiency    : Expertise in server and storage technologies, including but not limited to:
o    Server hardware – Dell, HP
o    Storage solutions (e.g., SAN, NAS)
o    Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
o    Backup and disaster recovery solutions
2.    Presales Skills        : Proven experience in presales activities, including solution design, proposal creation, and client presentations.
3.    Communication Skills    : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4.    Problem-Solving        : Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions.
5.    Team Collaboration        : Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of presales activities.
6.    Industry Knowledge        : Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics related to server and storage technologies.
