Ensure the days production is completed with no production or quality deviation

Supporting Head Production to Maximise the day to day production actvities & OTD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.To ensure work allocation to all personnel and availability of tools.

2. To ensure that the daily production targets are met as per the plan

3. To delivery quality products.

Indicative Tasks

1. To ensure work allocation to all personnel and availability of tools.

• Receive load plan for the shift and ensure the availability of tools.
• Ensure proper manning of machines for the maximum utilisation in the shift.
• Updation of output for all machines (shift wise).
• Shiftwise monitoring of machine utilisation.
• Upkeeping all the machinaries and co-ordinate with maintenance for machine breakdown works.
• Facilitate/Arrange tools and fixtures for next load.

2. To ensure that the daily production targets are met as per the plan

• Fix priority for each machines based on the load sheet received.
• Ensure the Job card enrty is completed within the shift on a daily basis.
• Extract output from OMVs and Interns as per the cycle time norms (efficiency).
• Co-ordinate with quality for inspection and clearance of products.
• Ensure adhrence to safety & 5S procedures at work place.
• Ensure completion of valve assembly and testings as per plan.
• Ensure salvaging defective reworks are completed within the shift.
• Prepare and maintain KAIZEN documents and other production related documents
• Ensure the quality cleared products are despatched to the customer as per plan.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Handling HMC , VMC, HTL and VTL Machines
