Need to Cover Entire PAN India Customers

Preference Industry : Steel Castings

Key Purpose of the Job : Identify and develop new business and products suitable for foundry and machine shop.

Educational Qualification / Experience required : BE Mechanical with 12-15 Years of experience.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Identify new prospect.
2. Generate lead and conversion of leads into orders.
3. Execution of orders to sales and collection.

Indicative Tasks Competencies (all competencies required to carry out this key responsibility and indicative tasks) 1. Identify new prospect Study market and identify new prospects. - Business and Product knowledge
- Knowledge on Foundry process and material specifications
- Communications skills Formulate matches between SFL existing strength vs new prospect requirement (selling USPs to be arrived). Identify gaps between the customer requirements and SFL capacity and work for completion. Enquire more about the customer specifications. 2. Generate lead and conversion of leads into orders Prepare and execute documents required for registration and lead generation. - Negotiation skills
- Cost consciousness
- SAP knowledge Frequent interaction with the identified prospects to know more about the requirement. Receive RFQ from customers and work with SFL technical team (Foundry & Machine shop) for development plans. Prepare cost estimation and submit for internal approval. Negotiate with customer's and arrive the final cost. Follow up with customers to receive the purchase orders for sample production.

3. Execution of orders to sales and collection Track internal process and update customers on a regular basis. - Team Management Co-ordinate customer' First Article Inspection (FAI) and approval. Receive bulk order approval from customers and follow up with technical team for bulk production.
