Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and negotiate salaries.
  
• Ensure legal compliance with all statutory requirements during joining formalities.
  
• Handle grievances and perform background verifications for prospective candidates.
  
• Coordinate HR operations such as employee engagement initiatives and performance appraisals.
