Job Description:

Firstsource is hiring Customer Service / Collection Process Specialists who are ready to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role is based at our Bengaluru office and includes a competitive salary, benefits, and a convenient cab facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound chat for customer service and collections.
• Assist customers with payment queries, account issues, and support resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by providing prompt, efficient, and accurate assistance..

Salary: ₹3.2 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA (with cab facility)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the collection process is preferred but not required.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
