Job Overview:
- We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to drive our tech and non-tech hiring efforts while also supporting recruitment operations and engagement activities.
- This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build an efficient hiring strategy.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our brand presence by engaging in recruitment marketing activities and employer branding initiatives.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment process for candidates, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Offer Management: Negotiate and roll out offers while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Recruitment Operations: Maintain ATS and ensure timely documentation of hiring workflows.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
- Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives such as campus hiring events, and internal engagement activities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment, with a strong focus on tech and non-tech hiring.
- Skills: Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of tech hiring trends and challenges.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Start ups is preferred
