Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to take on the role of Lead Engineer. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of key projects across various platforms, including Kettle, SUMO, Hardware-Software Integrations, and App Development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

1. Project Leadership & Development:
Lead and manage the development of projects in the following areas:

• Kettle: Oversee project planning, design, and implementation.
• SUMO: Collaborate on design and ensure development adheres to best practices.
• Hardware-Software Integrations: Coordinate efforts to bridge hardware systems with software applications seamlessly.
• App Development: Spearhead the design and development of mobile and web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

2. Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
• Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and ensure all project goals are met according to specifications and timelines.

3. Timely & Quality Delivery:

• Ensure that products are delivered on time without compromising on quality.
• Maintain high standards for development processes, product quality, and code management.

Preferred Candidate Profie

1. Technical Skills:

• Full Stack Developer with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Java, React, React Native, and Databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Practical experience with AWS and GCP for cloud-based deployments.

2. Experience:

• Proven experience in managing a team of developers and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and developing end-to-end solutions in a variety of project domains, particularly with Kettle, SUMO, and Hardware-Software Integrations.
• Strong experience in app development for mobile and web platforms.
