Responsible for handling testing, Process Inspection and Final Inspection and capable of doing service Activities in MV and LV products.
"Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Good experience on MV products and LV products.
Perform wiring and tracing of wire during testing and found the root cause for any wiring related issues.
Read, and understand the wiring drg and able to do the wiring if any missed out or fault at site.
Need to understand and Implement the FRTU and its related programming and testing.
Follow the GA drawing and BOM and ensure same had been incorporated in the equipment s before testing. Understand the specifications, Scheme, and other Special instructions or procedures to assemble equipment and products.
Need to understand specialized testing technology to determine cause(s) of failures and complete necessary activities to restore functionality.
Utilize various hand held tools such Megger, H. V, Clamp Meter, CR kit and so on. .
Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes
Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
Complete all job activities within prescribed safety guidelines to avoid any injury to self/coworkers or damage to customer/ company property.
Ready to work in any situation based on the customer Requirement.
Ready to travel inside India.
Engages with customer and service team to provide on-time feedback for customer complaints and co-ordinate with design teams to identify the root cause to provide a permanent solution and submit the Root Cause Analysis
Responsible for utilizing systematic processes like 8D/A3 and guide teams in utilizing them effectively
Monitors quality performance at customer end, in-house and supplier with CAPA
Lead/participate in the process to systematically reduce customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction
To be the functional expert as single point of contact for customer handling related to Quality issues and understanding the problem statement clearly and then channeling the complaints to the right individuals/teams for resolution across all Product groups.
Managing customer quality issues and customer complaints and material returns for plant manufactured as well as traded products
Responsible for discussing containment, corrective, and preventive actions with the internal and external customer.
Customer escapes prevention; increasing productivity by implementing plans and actions to reduce costs of poor quality; achieving product reliability enhancement associated with process capability and design-related corrective actions.
Timely & accurately Collection of Warranty data and drive down annual warranty rate % YOY"
Must have a min Qualification in diploma / BTech in EEE.
Min 4-6 years experience In MV and LV products.
Responsible for utilizing systematic processes like 8D/A3
Adequate Knowledge in MS office and Excel.
