Role & responsibilities

• Winding resistance test of transformer.
• Transformer ratio test.
• Transformer vector group test.
• Measurement of impedance voltage/short circuit impedance and load loss (Short circuit test).
• Measurement of no-load loss and current (Open circuit test).
• Measurement of insulation resistance.
• Dielectric tests of transformers, like IVPD, LTAC, applied voltage withstand Test.
• Temperature rise test of transformer
• Tests on on-load tap-changer Measurement of zero-sequence impedance of three-phase transformers.
• Lightning Impulse Testing.
• Measurement of acoustic noise level.
• Measurement of the harmonics of the no-load current.
• Measurement of the power taken by the fans and oil pumps.
• Test on Built-in in current Transformer verification.
• Fosters a culture where safety is priority and procedures and policies are followed.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required Test Report
• prepare for Final inspection asper Customer QAP.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently Working in Transformer Industry
• Experience in Testing of Power Transformer up to 50 MVA, 132 KV Class
