Mentor the teamsgrowth & create a conducive environment in the BU for their success.

Support salesteam in customer facing activities, proposal preparation to win business.

I. Supply Chain Management:

a. Generate, Check and release the Bill ofMaterial for the Purchase for procurement of Components.

b. Check releases for PCB fabrication andassembly as per defined process procedures.

c. Assess the Supplier / Vendor for the Vendorrating criteria.

d. Conduct Supplier Audits and Report

e. Inspect the supplier processes and qualify.

f. Identify new suppliers and preferred supplierfor different requirements.

g. Supplier communication for on time delivery,resolution of defective delivery

h. Interface with external contractors / EMSvendors

i. Interface with external accredited labs forValidation & Qualification of products

II. Stores Material Management:

a. Goods Received and Inspection note generation.

b. Inspection of received material.

c. Counterfeit material handling

d. Inventory management material wise and projectwise

e. Customer Supplied material handling.

f. Issuing of material to work

g. Component Kitting and supply for assembly ofboards

h. Finished goods incoming inspection.

i. Unique identification and traceability atcomponent level

j. FOD management

k. ESD protection and Product safety

l. Return material management.

m. Retention of records

n. Periodical stock taking and audits.

o. Supplier excess inventory returned material handling.

p. Storage of components, material, and finishedgoods

q. Despatch to customers

i. Deliverydocuments generation

ii. Inspectionand delivery audit

III. Quality Assurance:

a.Incoming inspection of components, parts and assembled / finished goods and generate records of evidence.
b.Adopt standard procedures like 8D for RCA and CAPA in case of any defects or complaints.
c.Calibration and Calibration Recall for Test and Lab instruments / equipment.
d.Physical Configuration Audit of deliveries to customers
e.Periodical inspection of workspace environment and safety

IV. General Aspects:
a.To comply with AS9100 Rev.D standard requirements on,
i.Traceability at component level
ii.FOD and Counterfeit parts prevention
iii.Product Safety
iv.Disposal of hazardous material and electronic waste
v.Generate and required Management information reports for Review.
vi.Work with Cross Functional Team for project realization
