Territory Manager - FHP (Fast Health Products)
The Territory Manager - FHP is responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution of health products within an assigned territory. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring market expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Management : Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by building strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Customer Engagement : Maintain regular contact with customers to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Inventory and Distribution : Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability and delivery of products to customers.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, including sales forecasts and territory insights.
  • Promotional Activities : Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience : Proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably in the health or FMCG sector.
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving sales objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to travel extensively within the territory as required.
