Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team. As an Admin Intern, you will provide support to the administrative team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of office processes. This role is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents.
- Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Following up on hotel booking hotels and helping in travel arrangements for employees.
- Perform data entry tasks and ensure data accuracy.
- Providing logistical support for employees.
- Ordering office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth running of the office
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Help to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed.
- Co-ordinating with Housekeeping staff and Security guard to get the work completed.
Required Skills:
- Pleasing personality with excellent communications skills (written / verbal)
- Adaptable and able to take initiatives to resolve queries and problems
- Flexible with timings (Availability at time during weekends)
- Planning and organization
- Proactive
- Team work
- Advanced level skills in Google sheets & Docs.
