Job Description
SPCL Infotech is looking for Administrator Intern to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks. Provides support to employees, customers, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are in good working order.
- Coordinate scheduling and meetings, and make arrangements for travel and accommodations as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, and answer and direct phone calls as needed.
- Learn office management, administrative tasks, and help with organizing company operations and procedures.
