We have an urgent opening for following position:

Designation: Administration Manager

Location: Pune

Role & responsibilities

• Provide admin support daily routine office work
• Care of Inventory , Pantry, Housekeeping, Office boy.
• Cab booking & hotel booking for senior grade to VP grade.
• Vendor Management like Stationery, Electrician. Plumber, carpentry, AC etc
• Petty cash handle as per company limit.
• Handle, Projects, travel as and when required to other locations
• Courier inward & outward monitoring with daily keeping records.
• To daily monitoring office, washrooms, cafeteria, pantry cleaning with HK team.
• To daily monitoring pantry tea/coffee material stock details with pantry boy duties,
• Support to inter departments as and when required
• Submission of invoice/ bills on time and generating for vendor payments.
• Budget handling and saving company cost upto marks
